Art is a creative outlet as a means of coping. I am revisiting the exploration of recovery both physically, emotional and spiritual, sexual healing with art and photography. How to love our bodies again in our experience.
Feeling whole after surgery. People's experiences vary and are at different levels and stages of recovery.
Hormonal Changes: Hormonal shifts can affect libido and body image. Understanding these changes can help you manage them with greater comfort and confidence. I keep telling myself I am beautiful. I do not see my scars as hideous, it is too easy to dismiss, I see my scars of survival after a very serious internal battle.
Artists whom I have these common traits with is Dame Tracey Emin in the UK. I have a feeling I will cross paths with more the more I explore.
I dont know whether I need to do a boudoir photo shoot, will this make me feel any better about my body and my sexual identity as a person?
I am creating healing images with water and doing water therapy.

Remember, feeling sexy after surgery is a personal journey. It's important to listen to your body and communicate openly with your healthcare provider and partner to navigate this process together. It is very important to feel love toward your body.
Body identity is a very important step in the recovery process. I am exploring with my connection mind body and soul with the natural element, my physical connection with Mother nature, it is not about nudity, as being gratuitous, being offended by your own body can lead to psychological complexities, it is about feeling beautiful in how we see our bodies and with nature as an elemental human connection. I am presently exploring my personal connection to Mother Nature on healing my body. I am an empowered confident woman. I am inspired by UK Artist Dame Tracey Emin and her health journey being what she survived. This is an evolving process as an Artist.
